RETURN POLICY

CJ's Diecast & Collectibles is committed to outstanding customer service and will work with you in order to complete
each and every transaction to the satisfaction of both parties.

It is CJ's Diecast & Collectibles goal to ship undamaged items each and every time.
Unfortunately, in this enviornment not all items will be received in the same condition as they were shipped.
If a model arrives damaged please follow these steps in order to make a claim for your return.

If a model is received damaged please contact us immediately, either through email or phone.
You must contact us within 14 days of the postmark date in order to be elegible return a model.
International orders please contact us for return times as dates vary based on country.
Since each return is different please contact us before moving forward.
DO NOT ship a model back to us without first talking with one of our representatives.
Any extra shipping incurred will be paid for by the buyer.
Shipping Insurance is offered on all items as an optional feature.
If the buyer does not choose to include insurance it will not be provided.
If a refund will be given, it will be sent in the same fashion the payment was received.
Please allow 10 business days to process your refund.
